So, I've had a lot more negative comments than positive on the current skin, so I figured we should introduce a new one.
I'd be interested in knowing who's in favour of a new skin, and who'd prefer to keep the old one. I'd also be very interested in any suggestions people have for the new skin as to colour, imagery, theme, and suchlike.
The new skin will most likely have to keep the banner and images as getting them to change according to skin is a lot of work. Unless I can find a decent coder and graphicker to work on it for me, the basic structure of the site will remain the same, and the banner and sidebar images will be the same. So no suggestions that change the structure of the site, like moving the banner to the right hand side or something.
In order to fit in with the site's images, the new skin will probably have to be a cool colour - purple or blue, perhaps green - although white, grey, or black might also work, and I'm open to suggestions.
Also, keep in mind! If we're to redesign the forums, we'll also need to redesign the Clan colours. As writing is often in Clan colours, we'll need to edit posts that post in certain colours, because they might not be readable on the new background, and change the colours that accounts' names turn according to pack, because they might not be readable.
