Could you try and sort out the form for me, please? You're supposed to copy-paste the form, which means the fields should be bolded, and a couple of your fields are named wrongly.

You also need to keep stuff where it belongs. 'warm hearted and smart' does not belong in Appearance; warm-hearted is Personality, smart is Mental Strengths. 'swift and fast moving, moves silently, can jump up into a tree easily' belongs in Physical Strengths.

You also need to balance her. Every character needs to have at least as many strengths as weaknesses.
Her strengths: she is strong, fast, silent, smart, has strong legs, long legs, great hearing and smell, is an awesome hunter, a good fighter, can swim, is smart, creative, can think like the enemy, is resourceful, sweet, positive, determined, helpful, and confident. Her weaknesses: she's arrogant and isn't good against heavy opponents.
