Question about a UBBC/HTML Code, not really sure.

I made a menu bar thingy for my site, and it worked perfectly fine until I added a staff section. Here's the code and will someone please tell me what I did wrong:

Right. First. This is HTML. UBBC is the stuff in square brackets - [ and ] - which works in the forums. HTML is the stuff in triangle brackets, or inequality signs- < and > - and it works in the headers and footers and codes, but not the forums. *patpatpat*

Second. There are boards like this for code support. Here on FE, people are probably rather unlikely to know. We're a bunch of warrior cat RPers, not elite coders. Sorreh.

Third. Lemme have a stab at fixing it breaking it in a cooler way than you broke it. XD

Try that. You had a tr tag, but not a td, and some tags weren't closed, and some were in the wrong order. I have to commend your XHTML though. I forget half the time.
