So, we all know everybody loves Warriors. Right? But what do you read IN BETWEEN Warriors books? Here's where you can post recommended reading stuff. Here's my recommendations; - The Name of the Wind, by Patrick Rothfuss
- Matched, by Allie Condie
- The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins
- Anything by Tamora Pierce (especially Protector of the Small Quartet)
- Skulduggery Pleasant, by Derek Landy
- Great Expectations by Charles Dickens (yes, I'm serious, it's actually rather good)
- Eragon, by Christopher Paolini
- Theodore Boone, by John Grisham (Theo's like my hero XD)
- The Sight, by David Clement-Davies
- Random RP threads

I second TUC, The Maze Runner, and I Am Number Four - AND HARRY POTTER.
Silverwing Saga, Kenneth Oppel - IT'S NOTHING LIKE TWILIGHT SO THERE. Izza AMAZING. Airborn Trilogy, Kenneth Oppel - it's got... some love in it, but it's a great storyline and plot Leviathan Trilogy, Scott Westerfeld - THIS IS WHAT GOT ME INTERESTED IN HISTORICAL FICTION. Goliath, book 3, comes out in TWO DAYS EEEEEEEK! Uglies, Scott Westerfeld - ... izza awesome. Skinjacker Trilogy, Neal Shusterman - The first book is boring. The first half of the second book is boring. But you need to know everything in the backstories in order to know what's going on in Everfound, the third book, which is AMAZING and an EPIC ending, one of the best I've ever read. Unwind, Neal Shusterman - izza amazing. Pendragon, DJ MacHale - Izza amazing. Nuff said. Morpheus Road, DJ MacHale - more like a horror story than anything, but I got nightmares for a week. So it's awesome.
I love how all the books are in twos.

HERE'S MY AWESOME COMMENTS
-- The Name of the Wind, by Patrick Rothfuss This is completely awesome. It doesn't have a message like the truly amazing books, it's just a story, but my goodness is it a good story. As regards the plotline, it's like a retold version of the epic sagas of the Romans or Norse, except in a more modern style, and beautifully written, and so tense. And it has a rather cool take on magic. -- Matched, by Allie Condie This is just so beautiful. The author is so deep about even the smallest things and it has a meaning too. I loved it SO much. -- The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins Just plain brilliant. Full of suspense and action and politics and has a message too. I really liked it. In fact I kinda obsessed over it for a while. -- Anything by Tamora Pierce (especially Protector of the Small Quartet) My goodness is Protector of the Small brilliant. It was my first obsession, before I got into Warriors and THG and The Sight. It's simply told, without any of the fire of THG or Matched or those others, but it's a lovely story and has such a strong feeling of warmth and camaraderie that just envelopes the whole tale. I loved it, and since then I've read another of her books, Terrier. Terrier's incredible. -- Skulduggery Pleasant, by Derek Landy Very, very funny. 'Nuff said. -- Great Expectations by Charles Dickens (yes, I'm serious, it's actually rather good) It's a classic. It takes a while to get into but it's a beautiful story. -- Eragon, by Christopher Paolini Ohmygoodness just beautiful and lovely and stunning and READ IT --Theodore Boone, by John Grisham (Theo's like my hero XD) So good. Full of suspense and stuff. And Theodore Boone is exactly like who I wanna be XD --The Sight, by David Clement-Davies Quite simply the best book ever written by a human ever ever ever ever ever ever. In fact, I'm not sure he can write that well and still be human, but that's a different debate. --Random RP threads Always make good reading, and always good because they give you ways to improve your own RP skills and see other people's styles --The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins Haven't we had this already? --Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld haven't read --The Underland Chronicles by Suzanne Collins haven't read --Harry Potter by J K Rowling hasn't everybody read this? --Lord of the Rings by J R R Tolkien completely sent me to sleep. The Hobbit is good, though. --Fell by David Clement-Davies The second best book ever written by anyone ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever. --Incarceron by Catherine Fisher haven't read --Bartimaeus by Jonathan Stroud haven't read --Silverwing Saga, Kenneth Oppel haven't read --Airborn Trilogy, Kenneth Oppel haven't read --Leviathan Trilogy, Scott Westerfeld haven't read -- Goliath haven't read --Uglies, Scott Westerfeld just plain incredible! Suspense-filled and action-packed and awesome and meaningful and SO GOOD. --Skinjacker Trilogy, Neal Shusterman haven't read --Unwind, Neal Shusterman haven't read --Pendragon, DJ MacHale haven't read --Morpheus Road, DJ MacHale haven't read, and I get enough nightmares already --The Underland Chronichles By Suzanne Collins haven't read --Born On A Blue Day by Daniel Tammet haven't read --Embracing the Wide Sky By Daniel Tammet haven't read --The Maze Runner by James Dashner I liked it. It's quite a good book, but I wouldn't class it among the best. --I Am Number Four by Pittacus Lore I liked this too, though I wouldn't put this among the best ever. A fairly average book. --An Abundance Of Katherines by John Green haven't read --Will Grayson, Will Grayson by David Levithan and John Green haven't read --Incarceron by Catherine Fisher haven't read --Harry Potter NOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. (by J K Rowling) we've had this already --Midnighters by Scott Westerfeld haven't read --The 13th Reality by James Dashner haven't read
Also, a few to add;

SO GOOD. -I don't know the name of the series, but the books in order are The Fire Within, Icefire, Fire Star, The Fire Eternal, Dark Fire, and Fire World. Just plain incredible. Beautiful stories filled with suspense and adventure and they're also very powerful and meaningful. Incredible. -The Looking Glass Wars, by I-forget-whom -Inkheart by Cornelia Funke -The Named by Marianne Curley -The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss (sequel to The Name Of The Wind) -Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan -Icemark Trilogy by Stuart Hill (Cry of the Icemark, Blade of Fire, Last Battle of the Icemark) -A Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson -GONE by I-forget-whom-again -LLAMA MENTOS POWER!

Copying Lyta's, and only the ones I've read:
-Tunnels by somebodyIcan'tremember. SO GOOD. The author has "Gordon" in his name somewhere. I read it in fifth grade and thought it was meh. -I don't know the name of the series, but the books in order are The Fire Within, Icefire, Fire Star, The Fire Eternal, Dark Fire, and Fire World. Just plain incredible. Beautiful stories filled with suspense and adventure and they're also very powerful and meaningful. Incredible. I forgot the name too, but I read the first few books. And didn't really like it. Dragons are overused. -Inkheart by Cornelia Funke Fell asleep in the middle of Inkspell. -Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan On my reading list. -GONE by I-forget-whom-again By Michael Grant - the idea is genius but after two books it starts getting tiring.
Please, the Hobbit? Full of Mary Sues and boring plots. Gandalf is so cardboard I wanted to throw up.
