This is one of your most important staff duties. 
Unfortunately it's also rather tedious, so this is the express duty of our junior staff. The Senior Warriors and the Staff In Training.
You'll notice we have an advertising board. And within that board is a First Timers board.
Every advertisement in that board needs to be linked back.
For the sake of our more junior staff, linking back is where, after they advertise on our site, we advertise back on theirs.
Whenever you're free, go to our First Timers board. If there are any threads which aren't locked, go to the site which they are advertising, find their Link Backs board, and post our advert.
If you're confused at all, leave it to me and I'll do it when I've got time.
Then, once you've posted our advert, go back to our board, and lock the thread you just linked back to.
Now do it to the next thread until all the threads in the First Timers board are locked.
