Hi all!
I'm a female from USA. I live in a large city in Pennsylvania, with my parents, kitten and various slimy and scaly pets. You'll probably see me bragging/complaining about them.
The things I most enjoy in my life are Dungeons and Dragons, and reading. You can call me a nerd, if you wish to. A random fact about me is that I'm terified of heights. I cannot handle higher than 10,000 feet unless I'm sitting. We sadly found this out halfway up a mountain.
I'm really good at writing. It's one of my prides. Being as I fail at pretty much everything else (besides math and science), writing is something I enjoy. I've been homeschooled for 5 years, but next year I am going to a real (private) school next year.

I love DnD!  It's my life. People make fun of me at school for it, but I'm not bothered, since most of the time they're making fun and being petty, and I'm having fun. I know I'd rather be me. What kind of slimy and scaly pets? I like slimy and scaly pets. Well, not scaly. I have a thing about snakes. I'm not terrified, I just feel nervous around them ever since I got told this story when I was 7... suffice to say I had nightmares after that particular tale. 10,000 feet isn't very scared of heights. I used to be scared of heights and I'd freak out at about 5 metres off the ground. I finally conquered my fear of heights the day I fell out of a tree. Long, long story. XD I like writing too- I think most RPers do. I die of boredom in Maths lessons and my only decent science is Chemistry (blowing things up! WHOO! It's in my blood, see- my dad got suspended from his primary school for blowing up their rugby field). Mostly I'm a Philosophy maniac and Latin geek. Good luck with your private school next year. School is... well... interesting. You'll like it, I think. |

I breed guppies, but I have:
1 turtle
2 Goldfish
1 apple snail
3 betta fish (2 male, one female)
20 or so garden snails
I used to have a lizard and a tree frog, but they passed away recently.
I still go into shock and try to crabwalk everywhere at 10,000 feet. I like writing long rambles, especially debating. I also enjoy writing steampunk-fiction, especially when it includes mechanical animals.

APPLE SNAIL! They're so cute! I used to have a couple of Giant African Land Snails, when I was, like, six. They were called Shelley and Slimey (I know, I had such imagination when I was six). I'm sorry about your lizard and tree frog.  I really like writing long rambles. You can tell if you ever visit the Stacks. I'm on there and frequently ramble on about nothing for about five thousand words. XD. I mostly write sword-and-sorcery with lots of noble heroes. PS. I like your avvie. Now I'm gonna have to find an avvie for myself. I've got one for Wrenstar, but.... yeah. |

I'll have to look into those. I want to get every kind of snail/squid/octopus I can get, because I want to be a molucologist (sombody who studies snails, slugs, bivalves, octopi, squid and cuttlefish) because I've always been obsessed with them.
I have a tendency to write chapter books I never finish. They normally include squirrels and some sort of magic/prophecy and lots of longstaff fighting. (I'm pretty good at it myself)

*stares at second paragraph* Same. I am EXACTLY the same... but I MUST finish Unraveling. I've never played DnD before, but I want to start. I live in Maryland, near Washington D.C, (I used to live in NYC) and I spend my time doing homework, reading, writing, climbing trees, trespassing on my neighbours' with the hill behing my house that connects all of us, using the computer, and doing random stuff with my friends. But I'm in Jordan until August 7- my mom is doing research here. She's an anthropology professor.

Hallo. I'm Bob. I'm a student at Pigfarts on Mars With...a truckload of pets. And...I'm a nerd too. And I'm so proud of my nerdiness it hurts I like to read, write (even though I suck at it), and go on forums LIEK DEES. The only real friends I've ever had I've met over the Internet. I'm not really afraid of anything that people are commonly afraid of (like the dark, or spiders..or heights...I love heights!) I'm more afraid of people and what we're doing to our world and the creatures we share the world with. I'm a die-hard fan of The Hunger Games, a hardcore nerdfighter, and a very obsessed Whovian, so you can expect lots of quotes from those places to pop up in my writing  My favorite character in Warriors is Tigerstar. I like evil people. |

Bob: I'm interested in the Hunger Games, but too cheap to buy it and too lazy to go to the library. I also freak out about the same thing, I have stopped eating fish unless they're responsibly caught. What pets do you keep?
